Studien & Surveys

HayMax has undergone two independent studies at the National Pollen and Aerobiology Research Unit (NPARU- The UK’s leading Authority on Airborne Allergens), two surveys by Allergy UK (the leading UK allergy charity) and one trial by HayMax at the very beginning…

Auf dieser Seite finden Sie eine Zusammenfassung der einzelnen Umfrage und Studie finden, and a link for downloading the complete reports. They are quite long, but make a fascinating read!

Survey on HayMax, 2015.

In 2015, Allergy UK conducted a survey called ‘The Impact of Hay Fever, a Survey by Allergy UK, Surveying the Effectiveness of HayMax Allergen Barrier Balm’. The first part of the survey was about the respondents hay fever symptoms, and the second half asked respondents to try HayMax and answer a series of questions post trial.

Key survey finding: When asked if overall HayMax worked, 80% said ‘Yes’ (134/166 respondents).

There are lots more interesting statistics in the report, which can be downloaded using the link below.

Survey on HayMax, 2014.

In 2014, Allergy UK conducted a survey called ‘Are you suffering from seasonal allergic rhinitis (Heuschnupfen)? – Surveying the effectiveness of HayMax allergen barrier balm.

As with the 2015 survey, the first half of the survey was to help us better understand the respondents symptoms, and the second half was completed after trialling HayMax, either on themselves or on their children. The results were fantastic.

Key survey finding: 78% said that HayMax helped some or all of their symptoms (56/73).

HayMax Survey at the University of Worcester (NPARU), 2012.

This further study looked at whether HayMax can trap indoor and outdoor airborne particles such as pollens in a more controlled environment. The study required healthy volunteers who did not suffer from allergic rhinitis to visit NPARU 4 times over a 3 week period.

Key trial finding: HayMax traps over a third of pollen before it enters the body, in addition to dust mite allergens and pet dander.

HayMax Survey at the University of Worcester (NPARU), 2009.

Professor Jean Emberlin, Direktor des National Pollen und Aerobiology Research Unit (NPARU) at the University of Worcester completed independent research on HayMax™ during the peak grass pollen season in 2009.

The study aimed to assess the number of pollen grains that are trapped by HayMax balm when applied in a standard manner to the rim and the inside of nostrils compared with the amount deposited on uncoated nostrils.

Key trial finding: The application of HayMax™ to the lower part and rim of the nostrils does trap significantly more pollen than an uncoated nostril.

Moscow State Trials- “Efficacy of pollen blocker cream in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

This was a double-blind placebo controlled trial conducted to show the efficacy of pollen barriers. This was not a trial conducted on HayMax, but it is an interesting study of a similar type of product.

Unsere ersten Versuche! We like testing on humans…

We ran a trial of HayMax™ in July, August und September 2004.

Etwa 700 Menschen (Max Wiseberg’s contact list at his previous business) wurden per E-Mail und bot freie Produkt im Austausch fĂĽr echte und ehrliche Antworten in einem Fragebogen. Abgesehen von 2, die Befragten waren Menschen, die nicht wussten, Max, who had had the email passed on to them by Max’s contact.

  • 5; Arbeitete brillant. Keine niest, keine Reizung der Augen
  • 4: Funktionierte gut. Gelegentliche Niesen und / oder Augenreizung
  • 3: Arbeitete: Reduction in Effekte. Aber immer noch Anfälle von Niesen etc.
  • 2: Kaum arbeitete: Dennoch erleben die meisten von den Auswirkungen.
  • 1: Didn’t work: Nein ĂĽberhaupt helfen. Nur so schrecklich wie eh und je.

Alle Befragten gaben an, es funktionierte und gab ein Zeichen der 3 oder besser.

All respondents who had the opportunity to try HayMax™ during their allergic season reported that HayMax™ worked.

There were no reported side effects.

HayMax™ would like to conduct proper clinical trials in the future, wenn die Mittel erlauben.
